Visitors to your site have the option of subscribing to your
company's online newsletter by submitting a form-to-email. The
subscribers' details will then be stored in a database. Whenever
a new newsletter is published on your website, an email will
be sent to all subscribers with an URL to click, enabling them
to read the latest news. This option can dramatically cut the
cost of printing. |

Image Uploading Tool
E-ddition
also makes use of an Image Uploading Tool, which enables you to load
pictures of your own choice directly onto your Newsletter/Press Release.
The Image Uploading Tool gives you the option of taking a variety
of images of any size, and automatically compressing and optimising
the image for enhanced web viewing. It includes options to choose
spatial orientation, contrast and image quality and to enable or disable
the entry.

Admin Update Facility
From
this module, your chosen administrator will have secure password protected
access to add, edit or update the newsletter database. The administrator
will be able to add, delete, upload and optimise content and images
from this module. The benefits are total ownership of content, real
time uploading and instant time to market. The most pronounced benefit
being the avoiding of costs incurred during the manual updating or
editing of static HTML pages by the web designer, every time a new
article is published.
You can
also add fellow employees to the system enabling them to upload and
release articles depending on their security rights.
